Our sauna is designed for ultimate comfort and portability, bringing the warmth and tranquility of a traditional Finnish sauna to your doorstep.
You’ll find us based at BDFitness headquaters where we offer a combination of targeted exercise sessions and post recovery sauna experiences, through the use of our private studio gym, through group or 1-2-1 personal training sessions or perhaps you just fancy popping by for a sauna to relax and reset after a busy day at work,whatever you decide to we know you are going to love our blwch sawna.
We will also be doing pop up events year round
The sauna is also available for private hire, it could be for a special occasion, something different to do or you just fancy a sauna in your garden for the weekend!
