Settle into the lodge- 4 pm.

Bdfitness exercise session 5.30 pm

Group cooking
pre agreed home cooked meal 6.30/7 PM (food provided)
Relax in rooms or chats and hot chocolate together.

Bedtime mobility 8.30-8.45 pm

Early morning BDfitness session

7 am (30 mins)

Breakfast – Good coffee, superfood smothies, protein pancakes, continental brekkie – watermelon, bread, eggs, olives, 8.15 am (provided)
(marvellous superfoods)

Packed lunch – bring your fav bits, but I will provide fruit, protein powder, bread and sandwich fillings. (egg, tuna, salad, cheese)

Local Walk and packed lunch 9.30- 3pm

Pilates session 4.45-5.30

Evening Meal provided by polly @ staylittle.

Glass of wine or cup or spiced chai before bed
