Method

Lazy biryani

rice – add to boiling water i used basmati and did 2/1 water to rice.

Boil and then cover and set aside

Brown mince and drain fat
Add a tin of drainer chickpeas
Add 1/2 curry paste – korma, balti whatever you like
Sprinkle in any veg you want eg sweetcorn and mushroom cook for flavours to fuse slowly add the cooked and drained rice to the dish
Voila

Ingredients

225 g rice

500g 5% fat steak mince

400g tin chick peas

1/2 jar of curry paste – I used pataks balti.

large handful mushrroms

225 basmati

1/2 tin of sweetcorn/peas
