Bronze Fitness Plan
A five minute initial goal setting consultation session with Bethan via video or phone call
Access to 3 x 15 min workouts and 1 x live streamed 5 min fit session.
1 X pilates – A mat based session working on strength and stability but also mobilising restricted joints and stretching tight muscle1 X strength – Dumbell and bodyweight focused workouts where we build strength and endurance and tone and sculpt our bodies.
1 X body blitz – Get your heat rate elevated and your endorphins pumping with a fast paced work out where we can improve our general fitness.
1 x 5 min fit session every week -Join us every Monday for a chance to do this 5 minute workout in real time with me at 7.30 am or catch up whenever works for you, 5 minutes is better than
1 x In person training session, trial out a face to face class, or have access to one full length streamed session (only 1 session within the 4 weeks)
For example you can do 1 session per week or all four and have access to do these sessions over the four weeks.
Access to the community page, ask me any questions you have about our gold and silver plans or just connect to other members.
Try the sessions out, get a feel for the program and also have the ability to start today while you feel motivated as the silver and gold programs run every six weeks.
Your Bronze Membership will last for 4 weeks and you can then sign up for my silver or gold programs if you would like to continue and access the further benefits these plans offer.
These include detailed nutrition advice, In person face to face sessions, community challenges like climbing a mountain for example, fitness related articles in a simple and easy to understand format, hundreds of training sessions, lifting workshops, BDF private access to book face to face PT with Bethan.
A touch base with Bethan at the end of the 4 weeks to ask any questions and to check progress and for you to ask any questions regarding silver or gold membership.
